Born and raised in the Waco area, Kim Scoggins brings deep local knowledge and a lifelong connection to the community she serves. A Midway ISD graduate (Class of 2003) and a University of Texas at Arlington alumna, Kim began her career in education before transitioning to real estate in 2015 to join the family business—The Scoggins Team. Kim currently lives in Lorena with her husband, who is also a REALTOR® and their 3 active daughters.
With over a decade of real estate experience, Kim has a well-rounded background in helping clients buy and sell homes, as well as hands-on experience in remodeling and new construction. Working alongside her husband in home building and interior design, Kim offers a unique perspective that goes beyond the average agent.
