A lifelong Central Texan, Jody Scoggins was born and raised in the Robinson area and has been immersed in real estate from an early age—his mother has been a licensed agent for over 30 years. A graduate of Robinson ISD, Jody has built a successful career with over 19 years of experience in real estate along with both commercial and residential construction, remodel, and land development.
Today, Jody brings a rare combination of hands-on building experience and deep market knowledge to every transaction. He specializes in buying and selling residential homes, land, and farm and ranch properties across the greater Waco area. Jody now also works as a builder, helping clients bring their vision to life from the ground up.
Jody and his wife Kim, also a REALTOR®, live in the Lorena area with their three daughters.
